Simple usage-based pricing is coming soon.
OpenAgently will use prepaid credits for completed capability tasks. Credits are consumed only when a research or extraction task completes successfully.
How pricing will work
- Pay for outcomes: credits map to successfully completed tasks, not background attempts or failed provider calls.
- Clear task costs: customer responses include status, usage, and customer-visible cost details.
- No charge for failed tasks: failed tasks do not receive successful-completion charges.
- Built for SaaS teams: usage is tracked per tenant so teams can monitor activity from the dashboard.
Initial capabilities
Pricing will cover citation-backed research through POST /v1/research and predefined structured extraction through POST /v1/extract.
Final credit packages and per-capability rates will be published before launch.
